  8. 1 tbs. "fish sauce" (in the bottle)
  9. 1 tbs. sugar
  10. 1/2 tbs. lemon juice (with or without pulp)
  11. 3 tbs. water
  12.  
  13. Mix all together and enjoy! If you'd like,
  14. you can add one small sliced clove of garlic
  15. and a "pinch" of hot red pepper (w/seeds) in order
  16. to add some "spice" to the recipe.
